Ticket Piles ("the App") is an Atlassian Forge app that runs entirely inside Atlassian's Jira Cloud infrastructure. This policy explains what data the App accesses and stores.

Data we access

The App reads issue data from your Jira site (summary, key, status, assignee, and similar fields) using Atlassian's read:jira-work scope, solely to display your issues on the canvas. This data is fetched live from Jira each time you use the App and is not copied to any external service.

Data we store

The App stores a small board layout per user, using Atlassian's built-in Forge storage (which resides within your Jira site's data residency boundary). This layout consists of:

We do not store issue summaries, descriptions, comments, assignee names, or any other personal or issue content — that information is always fetched fresh from Jira and never persisted by the App.

Data we do not collect

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

Your board layout is retained for as long as the App is installed on your site. If the App is uninstalled, its stored data is deleted automatically. You may also contact us at any time to request deletion of your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, any data associated with your account by contacting us at zoltan@ugron.ro.
